تقدر تفتح الأوردر وتشوفه كويس جدًا قبل ما تستلمه، وإحنا متأكدين إن الجودة هتعجبك ❤️

📦 مهم:
الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال متاح فقط في حالة رفض الأوردر أثناء المعاينة أمام المندوب.

❌ بعد استلام الأوردر وإتمام عملية الدفع، لا يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
وده بسبب تعرضنا لخسائر من بعض حالات الاستخدام بعد الاستلام.

✅ استثناء:
في حالة وجود عيب صناعة، يحق لك الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
(وده أمر نادر جدًا لأننا واثقين في جودة منتجاتنا وبنراجع كل قطعة بعناية قبل الشحن ✨)

That’s why we offer you the chance to inspect your order upon delivery.

📦 Please note:
You can open and check your order carefully in front of the courier before accepting it.

✔️ Returns or exchanges are only allowed if the order is refused during inspection.

❌ Once the order is accepted and paid for, returns or exchanges are not available.
This policy helps us avoid losses caused by post-delivery misuse.

✅ Exception:
Returns or exchanges are allowed in case of a manufacturing defect.
(This is very rare, as we carefully inspect every item and are confident in our quality ✨)
